We collect as little as possible, use it only for what you asked, and never sell it. Here's the plain-English version.
COVERED
COVERED is a UK social enterprise, currently pre-launch, building ad-funded dispensers that give out free period products. For anything privacy-related, contact us at ameliaireland18@gmail.com and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
Only what you send us
Enquiry forms (brands and venues). If you submit an enquiry, we receive the details you typed — your name, organisation, email address and message. Submissions are processed by Netlify (our website host) and forwarded to the COVERED team. We use them for one thing: responding to your enquiry. We keep them only as long as the conversation is live, and we never add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent.
No tracking. This website sets no analytics cookies and runs no advertising trackers.
The pilot dispensers. Our initial Exeter pilot uses open dispensing — no scan, no phone number, no personal data collected at the machine, full stop.
You stay in control
Under UK GDPR you can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email us and it will be handled — no forms, no friction.
As we move from pilot to full service, any future data collection (for example fair-use limits on dispensers) will be designed to UK GDPR and PECR standards, with clear opt-ins and this page updated before anything changes.
